This is a blog about our greyhounds. If you are planning to adopt a dog, I hope you will consider rescuing one of these wonderful animals. Our friend, Dorothy calls them "Velcro Dogs". They really are gentle and sweet. They are house trained when you get them and they don't require lots of exercise as people often think. Tommy spends a lot of time napping. He is getting very frail and sometimes has trouble stepping up through the back door.

We had a little bit of cool weather and Cantu has shed her farm coat, so we put Stephanie's coat on her.
Tommy checks out the mulch pile. Every now and then he gets a burst of energy and starts to dig. A couple of times he has done a lap or so around the yard before running to the door.
