Bliss' last photo

Kathy says goodbye to our beautiful little girl. She is the last of our girls. The Vet came about an hour after this and we said our goodbyes. I held her and petted her as she went to sleep.

Bliss and Bullet have always been great playmates. We know he is gong to miss her.

Bliss' last day

We decided to let Bliss go before she gets into some real pain or her leg breaks. There is nothing we can do to stop the cancer. It will only get worse and we saw how Stephanie suffered.

Bliss and Tommy

Bliss turned 11 in January with her brother, Bullet. Tommy will be 13 on April 26. We never expected that she would be the next one to leave us. It is so hard to let go.

She is such a sweet girl and has always been so playful.

Bliss is limping after she ran out to chase a squirrel. We thought it was a pulled muscle. She retired from racing due to a pulled muscle. We took her to the Vet today and she has cancer in her left femur. We are so devastated. She appears to be fine except for the limp. We know that we have to do something before it breaks completely. She is getting pain meds now.
